Do we start at New Vegas and have things happen there? It seems like the fastest way to do things, and to get Arc's character in.

Modded? I hope so. I'll happily list the qualities of the Skyrim I have constructed. This will mostly be a list of skills/perks/abilities as well as a slowly growing list of enemies from Lore-friendly mods.
We would also be able to travel to Cyrodiil and Morrowind, and parts of  Hammerfell, Wyrmstooth, Elsweyr, Falskaar, Morrowind, and perhaps High Rock, as well as all of the small towns in Skyrim that were cut out of the final game, but were present in TES:Arena.

also for Skyrim, we could use any of the quests for a storyline if we so choose

So I'm done with FNV, just adding mods and such for my main playthrough as my FORP character.

Time for more planning. We will be going to California, Washington D.C., Anchorage, maybe the Mothership Zeta, and all other official and community-made DLC locations of FO3 and FNV.

I will link weapon mods, FOOK, Project Nevada, applicable armors and race mods, and Project Brazil for reference information. We may also employ the More Perks mod. This way we can have a truly varying cast of characters if we decide to take on more people or make more characters. They will be linked in the main post.

If anyone wants to use Willow, Delilah, Russel, Niner, or any other follower from any mod, I sure won't care.

Now, as for my character build, it will focus on indirect ways of dealing damage. I will definitely be taking the Ms. Fortune and Mysterious Stranger perks for my character. As well as any Follower-oriented perks, speech, science, medical, or repair perks. I'll make a list when I beat Modded FNV and get a good look at all the perks.

So nevermind, I won't be beating FNV for a while. I actually need to level quite a bit before I can finish the game. Even basic enemies are a real challenge with these mods.

So I'm starting FORP soon. For progression purposes, our characters can have any weapon you can expect to be commonly found. In moderate condition, unless it's easy to find parts for.

My character's weapons of choice are a fireaxe (in shit condition) and a silenced pistol(moderate condition). He also has a switchblade in near-perfect condition as a fallback weapon. He wears an armored duster with a lab coat stuffed into his backpack for when he needs to make money as a medical doctor.

As far as progression goes, he'll eventually get Chance's Knife as his best weapon, and a Cattle Prod as weapon he wields for when he wants to be an evil asshole to people. Usually drug addicts who will try to mug them in Freeside.

Personality-wise my character is very smart and charismatic, with great knowledge of the past as his grandparents made scholarly connections in the wasteland after their vault opened. Naturally the acquired knowledge has been passed down to his parents and down to him, who will use his talents pretty selfishly. He's also an opportunist, but he doesn't cross allies. He also REALLY likes robots, and sees them as the next step in evolution, in a way. Yes, he's a little crazy. He tends to not express himself too much, he prefers to gauge how others will react to his personality by observing them and being aloof. When he knows how they'll react, he picks and chooses what parts of his personality he reveals and which he keeps hidden.

Only his robotic companions will really know about the kind of person he is, and they are the only beings he fully trusts.

Appearance-wise, he has cold, blue eyes, teal hair granted to him due to radiation exposure, and is lightly tanned by the Mojave's sun. He is of a somewhat slender build, but the use of melee weapons and lots of walking done in the waste has made him transition into a more athletic build.

His cybernetics will be include a voice modulator to make him even more of a smooth-talker, and stealth nanobots to make him invisible for a short amount of time.

It has radar sensors so the party can't be snuck up on, and comes complete with a workbench and reloading bench for their crafting needs.

As for my character's appearance, she is rather....busty.... >.> But not big ol' balloon boobs. Just like in the screenshots provided in the thread for the race mod. I was gonna do the A-cup type3, but decided against it since she's supposed to be a soldier thing and not a pretty model which the A-cup type3 made me think of. The color of her base is violet and her spine colors changes from purple to red during combat and blue while sneaking about. As for hair, she's just got short black hair, I guess. Personality-wise, she's just rather straightforward and doesn't really question many things. She can also get rather impatient with some things, but not very many things, just situations like picking locks or negotiating with other people who she'd probably rather just blow the head off of. She also really doesn't like slavers as she sees slavery as similar to the relationship between humans and robots and particularly doesn't like when slavers think they're so much better than their slaves or when slaves are just treated like mere things.

So while the FORP is back in my range of interests, the SRRP is more so.

My character for the Skyrim RP will be...more or less the Skyrim version of my FORP character, now that I think about it. Debating naming him Kaine as well. They aren't exactly the same, though. In the SRRP version's case, his name will be an alias, not his real name, as it goes against canon name structure.

"Kaine" will be a mage, using Illusion, Alteration, and Restoration. Thanks to Skyre and the Apocalypse Magic mod, he does more than just be a support, capable of dealing his own damage, though not as much as a combat-oriented character. In this case, he can use his knowledge of Restoration to spread disease by reversing the nature of Restoration magic to degenerate his enemies. At least that's what I've seen from Apocalypse and Skyre Restoration magic. Obviously he is very powerful against the Undead as well, and is most powerful when fighting them.

He has knowledge of Conjuration, but prefers to destroy his enemies with his own power. If we get the RP going, there'll be a lot more to this character than what he reveals on the surface. He usually doesn't fight humans, opting to use Illusion magic to scare them away or calm them down. If all else fails, he'll make them kill each other and leave. He also has ties to Cyrodiil's Dark Brotherhood.

I think he might be about 167 years old, meaning he is middle-aged by Mer/Elf standards. He keeps himself looking youthful via Restoration and Illusion magic.

Class Setup/Skill Strengths(yes, this is how all classes are setup in my Skyrim game cuz of Character Creation Overhaul):

-Alteration

-Restoration

(Minor)
-One-Handed
-Light Armor
-Conjuration

Sign: The Apprentice (weak to Magic Damage, High Magicka regen and magicka capacity)

He makes up for his magicka weakness by using Wards.
